Recent Status: The first British specimen was taken at Purdis Farm, Ipswich in 2007 (N. Sherman), found during the daytime in a polytunnel (but not used for any imported stock so unlikely to be an import). Has since been noted at light in Essex in recent years.
Life Style: Little known of this species.
Identification: The moth has a black wing with pale markings the extent of which vary. The crown is black and the face is ochre. The species must be identified by genitalia dissection. More Info
